Why indefinite optimism might just be the 1 thing holding you back...
Here I uncover the #1 reason why it's never been easier to win...
Read time: 90 seconds
In this world of optimism, adults and dreamers alike are split right down the middle:
there are the definite optimists and there are indefinite optimists.
The definite optimists, typically researchers, scientistics, entrepreneurs, & innovators of new technology, set definite goals with a tangible plan to get there.
The indefinite optimists, typically those who try to “manifest” frequently, social scientists, & goal-with-out-a-plan-ers, find themselves setting goals yet failing to establish tangible plans.
While indefinite optimists talk then do,
definite optimists do then talk.
Do not be, nor do the former.
Here’s why:
Definite optimists are what drive our civilization forward and adapt us to newer conditions through what was once proprietary technology, but now available to everyone.
We live in a time where action, and action with the concept of “flow”, also known as Deep Work, is decreasingly utilized.
Most people are lazy.
Look around you —
most people don’t research, most people don’t iterate products, most people don’t do discovery calls to maximize value — most people don’t have the willpower nor the tools to.
But I’d argue that you’re lucky we’re here in a world where a bias towards implementation is getting ever more rare & exponentially more valuable.
Yet again, one more reason to not be most people.
There was a survey conducted for high school seniors,
52% believed they would be millionaires by 25. In just 7 years.
52%.
This is evidence of indefinite optimism.

Why knowledge ≠ power.
There’s a golden rule from Nassim Taleb, author of Skin in the Game that reads:
“Those who talk should do, and only those who do should talk.”
It is my belief that since most people don’t see the truth in this line as it pertains to the game of life, definite optimism will become ever-so increasingly rare.
Albeit, this is a virtue for you since you’re here.
Leverage that.
See ya next week!
P.S., the only way this grows is through word-of-mouth,
So if you know of 1 or 2 people who need to hear this,
Please send it their way.
You never know, it might just change the world of someone else.
