How to have a week so damn good your friends ask you how...

Here I uncover the 4 biases that will guarantee your best week ever lived.

Read time: 90 seconds

Imagine a person that does ALL of this:

  • Spends NO $ on ego purchases…

  • Biases longer-term outcomes > status…

  • Doesn’t party bc no ROI on time…

  • Eliminates any arguments with anyone…

  • Spends ALL their $ on courses on skills they lack…

  • Favors environments that inspire them…

  • Biases jobs where they can learn > earn…

  • Prioritizes their sleep

  • Prioritizes whole foods

  • Doesn’t smoke…

  • Doesn’t drink…

  • Works out

  • Doesn’t procrastinate…

  • Doesn’t overstimulate themselves…

What kind of future do they have?

Wouldn’t it be reasonable they’d win at anything they apply themselves to?

Now imagine that person is you.

If you’re doubting me, that’s good

That means this will work even better

If you’re intrigued, that’s perfect — but you need to pay close attention…

Pay attention to the following framework and you will have all these qualities this week. ALL of them.

You just need to kindle the commitment inside of you — so do that now.

This won’t work without it.

For the next week, actively try to build these 4 Biases in your mind:

  1. A bias towards Curiosity (one of the most evergreen traits)

    • Reduces underspending on education → pays off ignorance debt

    • Eliminates chaotic environments → increases willpower

    • Promotes taking jobs to learn > earn → increases skills

  2. A bias towards Health

    • Prioritizes sleep → wildly increases energy

    • Prioritizes whole foods → increases energy

    • Eliminates drinking → wildly increases willpower

    • Eliminates smoking → increases willpower

    • Reduces underexercising → increases willpower

  3. A bias towards Implementation

    • Eliminates procrastination → increases output

    • Reduces overstimulation → increases output

  4. A bias towards Saying “No” to habits that don’t grow you

    • Eliminates ego-buying (why? you stopped going shopping)

    • Eliminates overspending on status → increases willpower

    • Eliminates non-growth events → increases willpower

    • Eliminates arguments → increases mental bandwidth

    • Gets your time back → increases control & willpower

How to remember these:

The acronym is C H I S, which can be short for CHISEL.

So whenever you want to remind yourself (recommend 2x a day on Reminders app),

just picture this image:

The hammer and the chisel.

This is the secret to carving your own prosperity and having a week so damn good everyone asks how you pulled it off.

Oh and — never forget to remember,

Change your behavior — or else, you’ve learned nothing.

See ya next week!

P.S., the only way this grows is through word-of-mouth,

So if you know of 1 or 2 people who need to hear this,

Please send it their way.

You never know, it might just change the world of someone else.
